Rocking it at 2018 Girls’ Gen

In October 2018, Team 2910 attended the Girls’ Generation competition at Tahoma High School in Auburn. Girls’ Generation is an opportunity to highlight the work of female students and mentors in FIRST robotics. Our all-girls drive team lead us to semifinals alongside teams 4512, Otter Chaos and 4450, Olympia Robotics Federation. This fun and upbeat event was also a great opportunity for our team to introduce new members to the excitement of attending a competition.

Bit late, but we had a blast at Girls’ Generation 2018, graciously hosted by @bearmetal2046 .Our team ranked 7th overall after qualifications and was asked to join the #1 seed alliance captain @cascade_bearbots along with @orf4450 . Although the alliance was defeated in quarterfinals, it was a great day and our girls represented both in the field and in the pits with skill and poise. #jackinthebot #omgrobots #2910
