We headed down to San Jose this weekend for Chezy Champs, and came home with another championship!
With 42 teams in the competition, the weekend was packed with some seriously tough robots. We came out strong, going 10–0 in qualification matches and finishing 2nd overall in the rankings.
That earned us a spot on the #1 alliance, captained by Team 4414 HighTide, joined by Team 2073 EagleForce, and Team 9023 Future Martians for playoffs.
And then things got wild.
Our alliance made it through the playoffs, winning every round and earning a spot in the finals. In the championship matches, we pulled out two wins — 768–653 and 660–479 — to take home the Chezy Champs title!
For us, the best part of an event like this isn’t just the final score. It’s getting to work with new teams, figure out how our robot fits into different strategies, and make adjustments match after match. Chezy Champs gave our engineering, drive team, strategy, and scouting crews plenty to think about, and it was awesome seeing all of those pieces come together when it mattered.

But we’re not done yet! Chezy Champs was just another stop in our offseason, and we’ve still got two more events on the calendar in October. We’re taking what we learned this weekend, celebrating the win, and getting right back to work.
